Locust Treehopper - Thelia bimaculata - Female
New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware, USA

This was found on the same tree (and is very likely the same species as) the treehopper here. I've uploaded some pictures of the host tree here, which I think is a black locust tree, but I'm not positive.

This species feeds on black locust.
