Rich, you did not mention size, but I think this looks more like (1). However, they are quite small so the size would make a difference.

I can't remember how small it was. But your right, your candidate looks good for it. I'll work on figuring out how to carry a measuring device of some sort along with camera, tripod and bins.

Size can be remembered by relativity to other specimens you saw that night - assuming there weren't too many. Or getting a good picture and then trying to place something like your finger or a penny beside it.

I'm going back tomorrow to the location I found this one. See if I can come up with another - which I'll measure.
