Ortholeptura valida.
Longhorn beetle, Cerambycidae. This species is also found in the Sierras and in the Pacific Northwest.

Please crop your images to a rectangle
that is essentially 'just the bug'. While you, as the contributor, can click on this image and see the full size 1600 pixel image that you posted, the rest of us are restricted to this 560 pixel reduction which is about 5% beetle and 95% log. Not very helpful if we want to give you an ID
