My immediate thought was something Grapholitini, but I could not find it. Then I looked at how worn it was and noticed the worn white banding in the median area and came back to them. I wonder if it could possibly be something like (1). This submitter says he found it in a mesic environment under a oak/willow canopy, so we are back to habitat.

Obviously not an ID.

Maybe that will help someone. Obviously my guess is probably wrong. You might add this information to the original submission so people will see it. It tried, but it erased your photograph!
