October 12, 2015: collected this stem gall on Cup plant, Silphium perfoliatum, in planted prairie production plots
It was growing near
February 27, 2016: brought large rearing jars into house from unheated garage
March 24 through March 28, 2016: adult gall wasps emerged
March 26, 2016: mating gall wasps
