Quite common in understory Q. velutina saplings, often tying together leaves of neighboring plants!

Confirmed by Terry Harrison, with some reservations
He says: "As we have already established, moth 1116.2 is
Antaeotricha
sp. The only species that it looks like on external appearance is
A. humilis
, and the genitalia *might* match Duckworth's illustration of that species (Fig. 11
here
), although some features (e.g., the form of the uncus and of the apical lobe of the valva) are hard to reconcile. But I don't see any other spp. in his revision that might match your moth, and none of the spp. described since then are in the running, so for the time being, I would call your moth
A. humilis
."
