This bark louse was collected in leaf litter under a Florida Rosemary bush in a rosemary/sand live oak scrub.

Thylacella cubana, a species I don't see very often.

very much for the identification. Is the insect posted below a nymph of that species?

I wonder
if this might be the adult form of this nymph, currently temporarily parked in psyllidae:

That nymph has been somewhat enigmatic to me, and despite its current guide placement and psyllid-like appearance I've always thought it may indeed belong among the barklice, though I could never find a convincing match. I wonder if this submission might be the missing link.
