Ant? - Ampulex ferruginea

Ant? - Ampulex ferruginea
Blanco, Blanco County, Texas, USA
November 13, 2015
I really have no clue. Found in our bathroom. It was very fastidious and preened itself for awhile. (After having been stranded in our toilet.) It had wings.
