Starflower gelechiid - Chionodes obscurusella

Starflower gelechiid - Chionodes obscurusella
Northfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts, USA
May 28, 2015
Size: 11.5 mm
Found on Lysimachia / Trientalis borealis, but I'm not sure it ever actually fed on this host. It began spinning a cocoon on the day I collected it.

Charlie, I know I am not who you want to hear from, and I don't know about that vegetation, but I thought the dark C marking in the PM area looked like the spread image on MPG http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=2099]here and the BOLD specimen MDH000331.

Thanks--Chionodes obscurusella seems plausible
There was certainly sugar maple nearby, and that's one of the hosts according to Wikipedia.
