Little flies are stumping me. Simple venation, outstretched stylet mouthpart. Few other superficially similar looking flies, but with different wing venation and antennae (will upload separately) in other samples. Any clues? Right now I am looking over Milichiidae, Chloropidae (shiny ocellar triangle not obvious) and Agromyzidae....

Probably Milichiidae
Probably Milichiidae. Some of them have beaks. The wing is like Paramyia.
