No pale dots on base of triangle
Most of the C. sayi appear to have dots and your's doesn't have any. I think you may be out of range for that one.
This is the only species on the BugGuide, reported from your area, so far:
Chlorochroa granulosa: I'm not sure that yours is the same. Good Luck!
Is the other little red bug a mite or a spider?
