Size: 42mm
This is a Solifugid in the Subfamily Eremobatinae, possibly a female in the genus Eremocosta or (more likely) Eremorhax.

Eremorhax sp
can be distinguished from eremocosta by the extremely hirsute appearance, short legs and palps-with black tips, and enormous chelicerae.

I went over the key:(1) and also Warren Savory's website: here, but the ID info is scarce for the females. I'm looking over your other comments and any more links that I can find, before requesting the genus page. Thanks for pointing out her hairy qualities.
OK, most of the specimens of Eremorhax joshui, that are listed on the SCAN website: here, were collected in California. Do you have any more distribution information? There's nothing in that genus on the BOLD Systems website: here, at this time.
