Solifugae

Solifugae
Quien Sabe Road, San Benito County, California, USA
May 14, 2014
Size: 11/4"
I know my photos likely aren't good enough to get to a species on this, but I'm finding it difficult to identify it to anything beyond the order Solifugae. Any help would be appreciated, even just a sense of what the different sorts of windscorpions in this area are. I'm struggling to find much information about them.

Female in the Eremobatidae Family
The eye line is straight, which rules out this entire family: Ammotrechidae: ♀

The abdomen is wide, which rules out the males:
Eremobates inkopansis: ♂ After that, you need to see some teeth and leg qualities, to get more info about the ID, but geographic distributions may indicate something important. Good Luck!

Wow,
Thank you, Bob, for such a detailed response!
