Bristly Cutworm - Lacinipolia renigera

Bristly Cutworm - Lacinipolia renigera
Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island, USA
November 4, 2015
I am pretty sure this is a Lacinipolia renigera, although it is somewhat worn. If correct, it would be the first November report not only for RI, but also for the entire USA! A sign of global warming perhaps! ID confirmation much appreciated.

Moved from ID Request.

Looks good to me ...
Nigel, while the tell-tale spots are quit worn, the heavy white rim of the reniform, the shape and location of the orbicular, and the shape of the PM, are all consistent with Lacinipolia renigera.

Thanks, Bob
I was pretty sure but needed confirmation before moving to species.
