What species of moth? (Family Saturniidae, maybe??) -
Eumorpha fasciatus
Payne's Prairie, next to route 441, Alachua County, Florida, USA
August 24, 2015
Size: ~40cm long (unk wingspan)
I found this moth maybe an hour or so after sunset.

Congratulations to Bob for recognizing this species from the ventral view of the wings. I am sure he is right, but I notice that the referenced photograph also gives a dorsal view of the same specimen, so I do feel comfortable placing to species. We do not often identify species from this view only.
I see this beautiful moth often and have not personally seen it with it's wings folded together.
