I agree that it's Blapstinus
I won't go out on a limb for species, but Mr. Hart's point is exactly right: the epistomal canthus completely divides the eye in Blapstinus, and it doesn't in Alaetrinus.

Blapstinus fortis
This appears to be Blapstinus fortis, in Alaetrinus the eye is not separated by a canthus.

Now that I can see the eye better, I would move it to Blapstinus fortis. The link below is to a good example of an Alaetrinus to highlight the difference in eyes.
