Leucauge venusta eggs Possibly
Not sure if there are other similar egg sacs though

 
Mecynogea lemniscata - Basilica Orbweaver
Leucauge venusta does not make egg sacs like this, although I see that a Google search for Leucauge venusta egg sacs turns up several photos of misidentified Mecynogea lemniscata egg sacs.
