I believe this is a FEMALE Argia, but which species? Thanks in advance for the help!

Female Argia moesta
female A. moesta and A. apicalis are very similar. The coloration of segment 9 is one of the keys to ID. Although the angle is not perfect, A. Apicalis is darker on top and shows more dark on the side of that segment.
