Dr. Mockford says this is Xanthocaecilius sommersonae male. The crucial trait here is "wings clear with distinct pattern of dark and pale veins". This species is named after Kathryn M. Sommerman.

This one is Xanthocaecilius...
probably X. quillayute based on green eyes, but could be X. sommersonae due to "wings clear with distinct pattern of dark and pale veins. I'll show Dr. Mockford this one and see what he thinks.
