This Tiger Moth is most likely a female Salt Marsh Moth, Estigmene acrea.
This moth can be distinguished from the look-alike species Estigmene albida, by the smaller size of the dots on the dorsal surface of the abdomen. The males have a dark yellow hind-wing.
