Micromoth sp. - Glyphipterix bifasciata

Micromoth sp. - Glyphipterix bifasciata
Nanoose Hill, Nanoose, British Columbia, Canada
June 21, 2015
This tiny-yet-flashy micromoth was found on Doug-fir needles at the edge of a Garry Oak meadow. Any help identifying it is appreciated!

Moved from ID Request.

Sedge Moth
Glyphipterix bifasciata

Weird name considering it was nowhere near sedges, but that definitely looks to be the one!

2339 - bifasciata?

Thanks... nice to have it backed by other sightings on the Island!
