looks like Harpalini
Note single pair of supraorbital setae, lack of elytral marginal internal plica, and general gestalt eliminating other options given key from (1).

Gary, did you check the orbital setiger. pores under the 'scope?
i think i see 2 -- and the gestalt looks more Amara-like to me
