Moved from Psylloidea. Definitely the same as the other one, despite the size. This one's a male; the previous one was female.

A lateral shot of the male genital segment could probably allow for ID. It might be possible to ID from this angle, but would be tricky.

Thank you Chris for your kind help. Too bad that I released the specimen that I photographed today. If I capture another male, I will try my best to take a good lateral photo of the male genitalia.
