I'm thinking this is an early instar of a tree cricket nymph. Would love to hear what others think.

I'm hoping to have some newly hatched....
Snowy Tree Crickets this summer....for comparison with your photo. I just posted a photo of a Narrow-winged Tree Cricket instar, which looks very much like your photo -- but still can't rule out Snowy.

Moved from Tree Crickets. I'm putting all the unidentified nymphs/instars in one spot for easier comparisons. I'm hopeful that one day we'll be able to have a 100% ID for this nymph.
