how old is this? seemed 10mm.

looks like a nymph of Paroxya atlantica
I can't tell you how old in days, perhaps a month or two old, depends on weather and how fast it has grown. However, it is more than half grown. From the size and position of the wings, it should be adult in two more molts (has one more nymphal growth state or "instar" to go through). Usually there are five instars, and if so this one would be in the fourth.
