Might as well put it with the others. I've reared adults that resemble Scrobipalpa acuminatella from mines like this in Ohio, but I'm still awaiting confirmation of the species ID (I sent them to J-F Landry and Vazrick Nazari along with some other gnorimoschemines).

Scrobipalpa acuminatella
Both the mine itself and the small black protrusion at the base of the mine resemble the damage made by Scrobipalpa spp., e.g., S. scutellariaeella. What with the Landry et al. 2013 report of the occurrence in North America of the Cirsium-feeding S. acuminatella, which previously was considered to be exclusively a Palearctic species, it is possible that your leaf mines were made by this species. It would be good to rear this to adult, to ascertain its identity.
