Found as part of a group under bark during cool weather. Wondering if this could be O. clavipes based on size and lack of conspicuous spines on the front legs.

not clavipes
O.clavipes is completely naked, and a little bigger. This appears to be the "lilac root weevil", O.meridionalis.
Compare this image, which I checked to be reliable using another European source.
