Wild Indigo Duskywing
FW subapical spot band is misaligned as in Wild Indigo whereas it is usually aligned on Persius at this location.

Looks like a Persius duskywing male
My initial reaction was the common Wild Indigo based on location and lack of cell end spot but light gray ticking of FW, plain HW pattern and similar images for males at Butterflies of America strongly indicate Persius, a rare eastern duskywing.
