Predatory Gnat?

Predatory Gnat?
Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA

This insect was on an Asclepius syriaca leave and appeared to be hunting. Guessing it was about 2-4 mm. It didn't stick around, so unfortunately this is a solo photo. The long antenna with visible halteres had me confused.
