Moved from Spider Wasps. Bob is correct, it is almost certainly the introduced A. carbonarius.

Female - Northern Range
The coloration and the large submarginal cells on the wings, suggest that she is something very close to this one:
Auplopus carbonarius: ♀ Good Luck!
