Tentative move
I have moved this moth at least tentatively to species based on my own long held opinion based on MPG images plus confirmation from another website BAMONA.

Moved
Moved from Tortricid Moths.

eucosmini
This moth is possibly Pelochrista emaciatana Hodges 3088. Right range, long narrow "emaciated" wing and body shape, markings on forewing similar to what can be seen on the MPG pinned images. I wish there were some better images. I think it at least is in this vicinity, so I bumped it up to Eucosmini for now.

Tortricid
I believe this could be a tortricid; if so, probably a eucosmine.
