Goes unambiguously to Physoconops brachyrhynchus in the key in Camras (1955)...and agrees well with that species in all respects.

This is a male (if it had been a female, the theca would be clearly visible from the vantage shown in the 2nd photo).

Nice photos, and good to have another post of this species (first on BugGuide from Iowa).
