Rove larva
I'm about 90% certain as the mandibles are apparently folded criss-cross against the front of the head, not hanging out front like a groun*d beetle's.

I'm quite certain, too, that it is a Rove larva. I've worked for several years with a woodlouse-specialist species, whose larvae look quite similar to Sean's.
