Spiketail? - Cordulegaster

Size: >60mm
I am having trouble IDing this one because it is not fully expanded as I saw it while hatching out. Looks like a spiketail with the strong thoracic stripes. Found on a pine tree bole about 4' up on a sandy beach adjacent to the Chattooga River.
