Solenopsis xyloni? - Solenopsis xyloni

Size: 1.7-4.2 mm
These ants were under a rock. They were not aggressive. Probably the cold weather made them lethargic. I collected a few specimens to show their size difference and took dorsal and side views of the major workers as well as the front of their heads.
