Hi, Brad! :-) Long time, no see! Hope you're well.

This appears to be P. edwardsii, due to the triangular white markings on posterior edges of abdominal terga (diminishing in size moving posteriorly); and the color of the halteres...which I believe I can barely discern to be dark on the anterior face and white on the posterior face. See the "key" on the genus "info page" for more details.
