can I see hairs at the bottom of right eye. If so, then it is Syrphus torvus..... female.

Genus Syrphus? I was just looking at Syrphid flies and this looks like it could belong in that genus. Would need a Syrphid expert to confirm. I find the Syrphid flies quite challenging to ID.
