Beetle -
Batyle ignicollis
Scioto Brush Creek, Scioto County, Ohio, USA
June 13, 2007
We found this beetle amongst some water willow adjacent to one of Ohio's highest quality streams. We have no idea what is is, but it was striking in the field.
