beautiful beetle that blends with bark - Stethaulax marmorata
Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA
January 20, 2016
Size: 7-8mm
camouflaged beetle becoming active on a warm January day in Albuquerque
found on a brick patio with Alligator Juniper and Rocky Mtn Juniper nearby
never seen before in these parts, but would love to know its name
seemed like a happy little fellow
