Henry's Marsh Moth/Cattail Caterpillar Moth (Simyra insularis) - Acronicta insularis

Henry's Marsh Moth/Cattail Caterpillar Moth (Simyra insularis) - Acronicta insularis
Buxton, Traill County, North Dakota, USA
August 11, 2015
This specimen may be an example of Henry's Marsh Moth/Cattail Caterpillar Moth (Simyra insularis) 9280 hatching OVA. The female deposited her ova in a plastic container. I very carefully removed the ova with a plastic scraper so I cold photo the Ova. I reared two batches of this larva and released.
