This is a Pyrgodesmidae millipede, possibly an introduced species. I'm not sure what the genus is, but Dr. Shelley might know. Very nice photo, thanks for submitting it!

Thank you! Pyrgodesmidae, are they the millipedes that can secrete hydrogen cyanide as a defense? I recall it might be desmidae that can do that.

Many Polydesmida can produce
Many Polydesmida can produce hydrogen cyanide, such as Xystodesmidae and Euryuridae, but Pyrgodesmids don't. Their chemical defenses are various nitroethylbenzenes, according to Shear 2015.
