Size: 3mm
Tiny dark wasps emerged from a large Mantid egg case; the first photo has a dead female to the side of the live male in all the other photos; the colors are overly bright/saturated in the photos with a white background, the wasp is quite dark like the photo on skin (the last one). If you need more angles let me know. Thank you for your help.

Podagrion…
Very nice. Male and a female. The wasps typically emerge from small round holes in the sides of the mantid egg case (mantids come out the top).
