Regarding flower data, Rozen ((1)) writes that "Although this species has been captured on many different kinds of plants, females carrying pollen have been recorded only from Eschscholzia californica. These data are numerous enough to assume that the bee is restricted in its pollen preference to this species or at least to the genus."
