Springtail? Pauropodan?

Springtail? Pauropodan?
Damascus, Clackamas County, Oregon, USA
February 7, 2016
Size: About 5 mm
Hi, Bugguide

I found this creature on the underside of a log. There were polydesmid and polyzoniid millipedes nearby, and tons of springtails. The individual moved slowly, like a millipede, which made me wonder if it might not be a springtail. Does anybody know what it is?

Thanks,
Phil
