Amitus (male)…
The description mentions the dark body which is dorsoventrally flattened with long wings, the head distinctively transverse, the male antennae being 10-segmented, the abdomen short and broad, nearly as long as wide, the first tergite trapezoidal-transverse, and the forewing with long marginal hairs. I think it would be safe to move this to the genus level for now. The current images in the guide already are those of a female.

Ross...
I'm putting this description on the info page, but where did it come from? The link in your first comment goes to the Platygastridae page, with several references. Can you tell me which one to cite?

Thank you for all your expeertise.
One request: would you add the above description to the BG Amitus Info page? Thank you.

Not an editor...
An editor would have the ability to update BG page info.

oops
may I pry? Why aren't you an editor?

Platygastrid…
Possibly Amitus, which are known parasitoids of whiteflies. Suspect this is a male.
