Florida panhandle hopper? - Stictocephala

Florida panhandle hopper? - Stictocephala
Blackwater Heritage State Trail, Milton, Santa Rosa County, Florida, USA
October 16, 2015
In a small patch of wildflowers at the intersection of the Blackwater Heritage State Trail and Parker Road in Milton, FL. Wasps, bees, grasshoppers, butterflies, and an assassin bug were also spotted in this patch. The weather was beautiful - warm (80s F) and sunny!

I think it is some kind of hopper, but I have no idea what, and I'm not sure what can be told given the angle, but any information will be greatly appreciated!

reminds me of Ceresa

Indeed!
Thanks! Indeed, it does look like Ceresa! I see that both C. alta and C. festina have been posted from Florida. Of course, this part of Florida is nearer to Alabama than many parts of Florida....
