Bob, thanks for researching all this. That was my first impression but I had not taken time to look through all of the images to see if there was anything else that looked like this strange/unusual one.

Geometrid Moth - Phigalia sp.
Perhaps it has been roughed up a bit and it is somewhat worn down. The exact species may be difficult to determine. Here are three that look close.
Phigalia denticulata: ...vs P. strigataria: ...or maybe P. titea: The lines on the last one seem to fit the best, but I'm not sure. Good Luck!
