I'm not a spider expert...
so I can't tell you species. But I can tell you for sure that this is definitely not a Harvestman - they have a single body segment, which is not the case here.
I would guess from my limited knowledge of spiders that this is something similar to a Cellar Spider, but somebody else, like Jeff Hollenbeck, can surely tell you more.
