Nemoralis subgenus?
This looks most like Chlaenius tricolor to me though it could potentially be C. nemoralis. The pictures seem to depict a shinier pronotum which points to C. tricolor. A duller pronotum would indicate C. nemoralis. Best of luck!

Hi Sean
In my specimens of C. nemoralis, the shininess of the head contrasts well against the pronotum. I agree this is C. tricolor.

Thank You
Thank you both!
