tiny wasp - female

tiny wasp - Female
El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, USA
December 19, 2015
Floating in pool.

Moved from ID Request.

This is a ventral view, probably of Sclerogibba talpiformis. This female has lost some of its terminal antennal segments. Not a bethylid.

See reference here.

Thank you Ross! I don't know why I didn't try to obtain other angles. I guess that I lost my interest when I accidentally killed and damaged this bug. I appreciate your kind help.

Looks like the head is very flattened ...
... so my first reaction is that it is likely a Bethylidae.

I have been finding
lots of Bethylidae males at this site (my house) so your diagnosis makes perfect sense. Thank you Chalcidbear!
